Their coaching staff is so great with the kids. They let you as the parent feel comfortable as well. Their program is well designed for the ages they accommodate and they build confidence in the kids. My daughter kept repeating the Motto after just one class.

The activities are amazing. Coaches are great. I love the energy. I just wish there was a way to set up where one class didn't have to shout over the other class... but all in all, the sherwood park centre is fantastic
