For the area I don't rate highly, 1. The app no longer shows me my kids progress and how many classes there are until they rank up. This was very good information to have.Otherwise, another area that I'd like to address is recently during my children's classes, a woman has been sitting in the lobby (I assume she works for kidstrong) and encouraging participation from the adults. I apologize that this is going to come across rudely, but, I don't mind being encouraged by the coach doing the class to clap or holler but I don't need someone in the lobby coaching me more. I appreciate the need for this establishment to want to encourage that child/parent relationship but this is too far. That 45 - 1.5 hours I get to not have to stress about keeping my kids entertained etc. is important to my mental health and happiness. It takes a village and Kidstrong is included in my village because I need a break too.

Our daughter absolutely loves kidstrong. Her balance and confidence have drastically improved. She loves levelling up and getting the awards, always striving to try harder

It's really helped Olivia be confident in making new friends and learning new skills she didn't know she could do.
