Staff are encouraging to my son, and help him focus on his personal best instead of comparing to other's abilities. The program also includes a good variety of physical exercise bolstered with mental, social, and emotional growth components.

We’ve done a few different activities and KidStrong is the only one that *really* encourages social development! As a stay at home mom, this is super important to me as she doesn’t get daily daycare interactions with peers, for example.

Quality of the coaches and the program itself. Lots of movement, and change of routines which is great for keeping my son interested. The coaches seem to really care about what they are doing. Seems great so far.
