My son has adhd and the coaches did a great job of engaging him and helping him stay on track.

My son is shy and has severe ADHD. New things AT ALL are quite difficult for him. When we first stepped into KidStrong Sioux Falls on December 12th to get his gear he was immediately talking to coaches and high fiving them. Then in his first class December 15th, he’s going above and beyond to interact with coaches and other students and they are doing the same to him.

I like how the coaches make each kid feel involved with the questions and encouragement throughout the class.

We did not know what to expect as the new facility opened. The kids had a blast and the workout was amazing. The coaches and mentors had extremely high energy and enthusiasm that made my twins really open up to the experience.We started with a month to month membership but after class one they are excited to go back and learn more. So we will let them continue on thru the program.
