My kids love going. Classes are great and has really helped improve my kids confidence and and strength. Teachers are enthusiastic and friendly.

I love brining my child to kid strong. The program is great and anyone could jump into any class and feel like they’ve been there forever. One draw back is size of class. It’s hard with a child/parent class to have 12 children plus an adult on the floor.

We had a great first night experience. Staff explained things well and it was a hit with Cooper!

We felt as though it was a very welcoming, clean, and organized environment.

Seems like a very encouraging program with fun and hardworking all mixed in.

I took my granddaughters for a trial class for 5-7 year olds. They had a great time. It was a good mix of fitness activities and confidence building. We are looking forward to signing up to go weekly.

We love the program and the values it's based on. My only set back was the clarity of communication for our coach. We absolutely adored the energy and positivity of both coaches but I will say the accent was difficult for my 3 year old to understand next steps. I'm sure as he gets used to the coach he will understand better.We had a fantastic experience overall. I feel that the pricing model is a bit steep fory little @ $27-35/class...but I'm a new mom, so maybe this is kid class pricing that I'm unfamiliar with.I only have my adult pilates or yoga classes to compare with that are typically $18-25/class at various studios.Again, I love the model and my tot was very happy and has asked to go again. I'm hoping I can fit it into our budget.Thanks for adding this community! I hope my feedback is helpful. We enjoyed our experience all around.
