We love KidStrong because the staff and coaches feel like a party of our family! And the children and families make team work fun for our son! We love how much he learns while keeping active and learning healthy habits!

I have seen such a huge positive experience in my son since he started these classes. It is something he looks forward to every week. Every coach we have worked with has been super positive and supportive, they have encouraged him to get out of his comfort zone while still taking the time to listen to him and move at his pace.

It’s been a great experience for Priscilla and she’s always excited to got to class.

The staff is caring and ever engaging with the kids. They seem to know exactly what the kids need. My toddler’s confidence level has increased drastically since she started at KidStrong because she pushes herself through the obstacle courses at every class. It’s not about her being successful the first time, it’s about the process to achieve that completion goal. She feels good just trying because the coaches create that environment where she’s not afraid to just try regardless of the outcome. So when she finally succeeds, she really does enjoy the fruits of her labor. Such a great lesson of perseverance and teamwork to learn so early on!!!
