It is such a great place for Tripp to get energy out while also working on following instructions and teamwork! We’re really happy with the instructors for the Wednesday 5:30 class and they really help Tripp have a fun time!

Because both my kids went! starting in 2016 my son and now my daughter starting from 2025 and the program have made them feel completely comfortable where they are excited to go and they are extremely smart and growing a lot more being involved 😍💝💕 The Coaches in her class are the BEST !

Great coaches and sraff

I can see the change in my son’s confidence. He grew up during covid and is homeschooled so making friends was not as easy for him. After attending kidstrong he is so much more confident talking to another kid and making new friends. Not to mention his little muscle gains 😂❤️. He has learned to cheer on his friends instead of getting sad if he doesn’t win. He would probably go every day if he could.
