They do a great job of helping build confidence and responsibility. A lot of kids lack this. My daughter has already shown drastic improvement with her social skills and her listening skills have improved too.

The skills learned in class and easily transferred into our daily lives outside of class. I also love that it structured and integrates physical, social, and emotional learning.

My son loves his classes

I am absolutely amazed with kistrong. My son absolutely loves this program and is so excited every time we go. The professionalism and dedication that every coach has is amazing as well and while I haven’t been going long I can tell this was the best decision I could have made for my son.
