Nice facility. Lots of equipment for the kids to use. Like how they keep the kids engaged for the full 45 minute class .

I love the structure of the classes, I love that it isn’t just about creating strong (physically) kids, but also strong (mentally) kids. Teaches them how to socialize, how to have respect for your coaches and peers. All in all, it is an amazing gym that I feel will teach my child the fundamentals of life so he can thrive and be strong, confident, and brave!

You guys meet us at where we are at and it’s definitely appreciated. The staff has been great.
