The coaches always remember my child’s name when he comes in, they are friendly and try to help anyway they can. Each week having new obstacles and milestones is really helpful to keep them entertained and progressing.

Great coaching and great exercises to improve athletic ability. I do think the music is often a bit loud for our age level and I think the screen time activities aren’t needed for his age either.

The coaches are highly qualified. All the staff are very friendly, the program is incredible and dynamic, my son really likes it, I highly recommend it.

Great coaches and staff, good concepts being taught, and something our little one looks forward to every week. The only feedback I have as of right know is the app- it’s not user friendly at all.

My son enjoys every session we’ve been to because of how fun the program is and how friendly the coaches and staff are! I would highly recommend Kid Strong to anyone with young kids.

We love love love KidStrong. My son has been going since they opened which I believe is a little over 3 years now!! The staff is incredible and great with kids, my son has really come out of his shell and gained so much confidence. Highly recommend!!
