My kids love it, the coaches are so personable and push the kids to get stronger and stronger

Ive been looking for a program like this for my kids for a while and its exactly as i hoped so far. Im excited to see my kids progress through the class. All the coaches and people there were so nice. My kids who are usually shy jumped right in and had a blast.

The staff is efficient, friendly, and kind and my daughter loves going every week. We especially love Coach Austin!

Even though we live an hour away, the drive is absolutely worth it. KidStrong has been such a positive experience for our son. He loves the obstacles, the movement, and the interactions with both the coaches and the other kids. We've seen major growth in his confidence, coordination, and ability to work as part of a team.The coaches are incredibly engaging and intentional—they don’t just supervise, they teach. They really know how to bring out the best in each child. I’ve also noticed other kids in the program who started off shy or hesitant begin to come out of their shells week by week. It’s amazing to watch.KidStrong isn’t just an activity—it’s an investment in our child’s development, and we couldn’t be happier with what it’s given our son.

Kidstrong has help my child grow in his confidence and has given him the skills to be able to do public speaking at an early age.

Great course, great coach!

KidStrong has been a great experience for the last couple years. It’s easy to sign up and schedule. The facility is always clean and inviting. The coaches are very energetic and encouraging. The only thing I think makes it difficult is when two classes are happening at the same time it can be a little noisy.

KidStrong is amazing! They are always willing to work with me and my child and are always there for my child’s needs!!! They are great coaches in the classes and make all kids feel welcome and part of the class and make every class a fun experience!!

The coaches and staff are so patient and understanding about all the kids different needs. They are very kind and compassionate when talking with the kids. Coach J and coach Alaina are our favorite! And KidStrong was very understanding when I had a child sick for a while and couldn’t come for a few weeks. So they didn’t charge us for a whole month, which was so helpful with our medical bills we received. Everyone at KidStrong is so awesome! This has been life changing for my kids!
