Everyone there was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Coaches worked really well with my son and helped him understand the routines he was supposed to do. The facility was super clean and well taken care of.

Price matched other extracurricular activities in the area that are comparable I suppose. The fact that after cancellation the kids lose their progress as far as levels they achieved makes it deterring to re-sign them up again in the future. No one wants to start back at “student” level after leveling up a few times. I’m sure it’s a strategy meant to pressure people not to cancel, but it really makes it harder to return if circumstances allow in the future

It’s obvious that the staff are deliberately using methods that have been tried and tested, and proven to be effective. The affirmation and encouragement and opportunities they give the kids to feel safe, comfortable and accepted in a challenging environment could be a tough task to master for any teacher or coach, but they mitigate the challenges well. Having multiple instructors for a group of kids that won’t ever exceed 15 children at a time ensures that the kids will be getting the attention they need to get the tailored, hands-on leadership they need. It’s great how they communicated with me about how I can help. They allow the parents to be as hands-off, or as involved as needed. The staff is transparent and direct about progress or roadblocks they’re noticing in the kids’ development.
