Thomas enjoyed his experience. The class was structured and I felt like he was introduced to or called to do things that he doesn’t do. The introductions and proper form for exercises were good for him.

It exceeded my expectations. Jeremy and Mark were extremely professional, helpful and informative. Our daughter Eden loved the class. I enjoyed the whole body teaching approach that was used and the kindness shown to her by the other students. The coaching and staff obviously take pride in their work with the kids and it shows. Coach Maya was absolutely stellar. Not only was she upbeat, positive and engaging with the students on the floor, I noticed she greeted students by name as soon as they walked in. We were so thrilled with our experience and are so excited to continue with Kidstrong. We have already recommended to several other families that we know.

The programs for the kids are good and it’s in progression for them. The kids enjoy every single class

Our son has a great time at kidstrong and learns a lot about teamwork and discipline at the same time. The South Tampa coaching staff are easy to work with and seem well-liked by the kids.

Great program, a little too advanced for my 17 month old. But he had fun running around.

The coach's are consistent and great. Special shout out to coach jo. She does a truly phenomenal job with the kids and keeping the program fun while also controlling the class to create such a great learning environment. I love th focus on character building and Khloe looks forward to her kidstrong class more than any of her other activities.
