The coaches are absolutely AMAZING. This program and what KS stands for is great for kids. My son came home and went right to sleep! (Any parent knows that feeling!) It build confidence, strength, independence 💪 I reccomend this to any parent! We love KS!!!

We LOVE the coaches here and the class experience really is working to open up our daughter who was born skeptical of every person she comes in contact with. The entire set up of class to focus on kids self esteem and social skills is perfect for any kid, but also for our kids in particular who needs help coming out of her shell.

Our first class was yesterday and we absolutely loved it. The space was clean and very kid friendly. The coaches knew all the kiddos by name, which I appreciated, and interacted with all participants throughout the class. There were a few kids who weren’t exactly “following the rules,” but the coaches also did a great job of addressing those situations appropriately.

We did a trial class and my son really enjoyed it! It was perfect for his age and included all his favorite things, running, jumping, sliding, crawling, swinging and climbing!!

There is multiple areas of growth that are integrated in the curriculum aside from physical strength.

Kids had a lot of fun. Team of coaches was great.

Super positive energy from the staff. My kid has so much fun. He never wants to leave.

My son had a great time !

The entire Team at the South Tampa location is fully dedicated to teaching the youth examples of respect, manners, exercises and all around how to learn life lessons setting their classes up for success both physically & socially!

It’s a great experience for kids to learn to be strong and independent members of the world
