He is always excited for Mondays class and being able to complete new goals is his motivation every week. KidStrong has done exactly what it claims -- has taught my child bravery, confidence, and leveled up his physical abilities. He loves his class and practices all of his KidStrong skills at home and at the park. He loves saying the affirmations and showing off his muscles. Couldn't ask for a better program for him.
