Everyone nice and Lily enjoys it

It’s the first time my child has actually enjoyed class and asked to come back. They are doing a great job and he actually enjoys it even though it’s physical activity lol. The coaches really do a great job.

Keep my kids engaged on exercise, improve their strength their attention, improve their coordination and more, they really loved. Coaches are fantastic !!

Coach Zay is the absolute best!!

Love that the coaches are patient with my son. He'd never been in a group setting until kidstrong. watching him gain confidence and listen to his coaches allows me to grow as a parent also. He loses focus often and needs redirection but he is learning to set boundaries with other people and also stand up for himself and be kind. Love being able to bring him here.

Kidstrong has been nothing short of a game-changer for my daughter. She used to be quite quiet, sensitive, and very shy, often retreating in social settings, but the difference I see now is monumental. The dedicated, expert coaches and the empowering curriculum have helped her blossom! She is now confident, very social, and even excels at public speaking, a skill I never thought she'd embrace! Furthermore, the program has instilled incredible physical strength in her, where she's not only learned proper workout techniques but has also excelled in areas like gymnastics. Watching her embrace challenges with newfound bravery and skill proves that KidStrong is truly an investment in building a powerful, well-rounded child, both inside and out. Best of all, whenever she faces a challenge or hurdle, she stops, takes a her deep breaths, recites the KidStrong motto, “I AM STRONG, I AM BRAVE, I CAN DO THIS,” and proceeds to conquer it. It is a well worth investment for your child 🫶🏻
