KidStrong is the best program we have ever had our son enrolled in because of the training and life skills they teach. The instructors are engaging and wonderful with the children. My son really enjoys “leveling up” within the program and is excited to go every week. I love that they offer parents night out and school holiday camps.

Our first time there was great. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Coaches were energetic and great with the kids.

Very organized. The facility is clean throughout. The staff is passionate and professional. The atmosphere is inviting for kids at all levels and ages. The award system is a plus. It makes the kids feel seen and celebrated while also teaching them to celebrate others even when they don’t get an award themselves that particular day.

My little one looks forward to coming each time and enjoys his time there. The coaches do such a great job being patient and encouraging, and they take the time to help him understand the course. We appreciate the supportive environment they create!

The coaches are very involved and the curriculum keeps the kids engaged. I do think an opportunity for a supervised “open” gym would be great if it could happen
