Very energetic, fun, and perfect time spacing for the young age group but if feels like they need to already be crawling before you sign them up and that was not told to me before hand when I said she was not crawling yet. And when telling a coach that during class, they just said to do tummy time which she is extremely good at, so I would have appreciated other movements to help encourage crawling that we learned from an OT so we already know things to work on but if your baby isn't an active crawler yet then I'd say wait on joining this class because the coaches can't really help you otherwise. Still a great baby and parent bonding activity but if you're actually wanting your baby to "participate" then they need to be fully crawling.

My kid is way more confident since he started and he mimics the class at home which is so cute and fun! Also the atmosphere and encouraging environment coachs create is very appreciated.

The crew at this location is just freaking awesome and we have no complaints. Only good things to say! To include referring many of our friends about this place!

Very friendly good with the kids I love this place, but we are moving out of state. If not, I will continue to enroll my kid best thing ever. My grandchild learned so much it’s so active.

Coach Stetson and Coach Rob always push Sofia in the best possible ways. We've seen her bloom and her personality grow as her confidence in doing hard things has shifted. She is no longer afraid to tumble and rumble. We're so happy we found Kid Strong.

I really like the environment and the program and I see how it could be helpful for some of the areas that she is having a harder time with. My only critique would be that i thought some one the explanations could have been more simplified for that age group. It seemed like they lost several kids on a few parts just because the explanations were either complicated or long winded. 4-5 yr old s are gonna get distracted easily especially mine who has a hard time paying attention for too long
