It was our first time and we felt very welcome all coaches were friendly and made Noah feel comfortable right away

I immediately saw my daughter’s confidence increase as she was encouraged to try things she was scared of or found difficult. I loved that the coaches encouraged her to try activities and even participated with her while she was apprehensive. I also appreciated how the coaches corrected undesirable behavior and encouraged body control with classmates to ensure all participants were able to enjoy the class. Lastly, the coaches I spoke with, Bobby, Logan, and Jill were super friendly and accommodating with the kiddos and adults.u daughter cannot wait to come back next week!

It was a great experience with engaged coaching

From the moment we walked in Kid Strong made my son and I feel so welcomed. All the staff/coaches are amazing. They were so patient and energetic with my son. I loved it. They make the experience very personable for each child.

Vance was really nervous about his first class, and he ended up having a blast.

The staff was awesome. My son had the best time! And he was sore the next day. Great work out.

I enrolled my son in KidStrong a couple of years ago and he did really well! We too about a year away to allow him to develop better emotional regulation and maturity. Now we're back and my son LOVES it! The coaches are so energetic and provide excitement, encouragement, and caring redirection when necessary. We're happy to be back!
