I like the mix between physical exercise and teaching social/emotional/self confidence skills. I love all the coaches too, they genuinely care and bring the energy.

I was greeted nicely when entering the building they were very helpful, my son loved the class and they were very patient with all the kids I love the program they have for the kids and teaching them to be strong confident and independent loved it all ❤️

In the two classes I've done the coaches seem very engaged and committed to their work. My son and I have had a blast each time and the interaction with other kids and people is priceless for my son.
