5-star rating all the way! My kids enjoyed the class and the coaches are great! Staff are friendly and are very helpful.

I rated KidStrong highly because of the great service and the science behind the activities. It gave my son and me a chance to get our energy out together while teaching him important life skills like eye contact, following rules, structure, and social skills. I loved seeing him excited while learning that effort and appreciation matter, not just winning. For 45 minutes, I could fully disconnect and be in his world, and that meant everything.

Such a good experience. Teaches crucial skills to kids and builds confidence.

I was very impressed with the concept of the class and the coaching style of coach Roman, the assistant coach, and front office gentleman (I am sorry I don’t remember their names). They were all very good at motivating the children, especially my daughter who was new to class. They really understood when to try and engage but, also when to back off and give space. Very impressed with the initial class and the fact that she can try 4 classes under the trial to truly see if she likes it. Which based on the first class I think she will.

Couches could be a little more inclusive and aware of all children. They do a good job but I feel it could be better.

It’s the only activity in 4 years that both my kids don’t fight me on. Plus it’s good for them!

Coaches were excellent very friendly. Rhory is very active loves to climb, run, jump all of it. He’s always wanting to help. And from just one class I can tell this is just what he needs to hone in on is abilities in every aspect and most important make friends and have fun while doing these.

Very friendly and high energy place that my son loves going to. Also includes the parents along with the fun!
