One example... While attending church my son would be encouraged to attend kid's ministry with other kids his age. He would fuss, cry, and explain that he was "scared." After attending kidstrong for some weeks, he has gained some confidence in who he is, has become comfortable interacting with other kids, and now leaving him at kid's ministry is not a hassle as it once was.

It was a challenge finding an extracurricular for my kid that didn’t take to any sports and finding kidstrong has been one of my best decisions for him. The coaches are genuinely fun, there’s structure around the games, great sportsmanship, and the age groups for each class are perfect.

I love how it builds character and confidence in all aspects of development. My son loves it and I can tell it's helping him feel more capable and strong. Biggest complaint is the cost, and I also didn't appreciate feeling pressured/obligated to get charged for the Alpha tshirt when it was sprung on me with less than 5 minutes of notice to think about it.

I have really enjoyed taking my daughter to KidStrong and I know she loves it as well because she gets so excited to go to class. It has made her more confident - not just trying new things like monkey bars or climbing/jumping but she’s becoming much more social around other kids. I’m seeing her confidence grow every day. At class there are activities where I’ll think to myself “oh there’s no way she can do that” but she TRIES every time and surprises me with what she can do! Her coach is so kind and works so well with the kids.

Love the coaches and energy they bring to class. My son isn't interested in team sports and Kidstrong provides an environment where is is challenged and working with his peers. I love that the focus is not just physical, but mental and emotional as well! It's the only activity I've signed my son up for that he actually looks forward to!

Calvin has grown so much and has enjoyed every class at KidStrong. Coach Bobby is his favorite. All coaches make the kids feel welcome and reward them with awards for great performance.
