The coaches understand what challenges 2-3 year olds face and work with the children to overcome, and understand when they have hit their limits. They are excellent when there is a melt down and help diffuse and reengage the child.

I rate them so high because 99 percent of the coaches are awesome, encouraging, and engaging. I’ve only experienced 1 set of coaches that weren’t “the best” but even then, still a great program. Also that class was the largest class I’ve been a part of, so it was hard for the coaches to keep everyone engaged due to the size of class(with parents on floor as well) Hopefully we limit these class sizes for younger ages, just to optimize engagement and performance of the students. I would absolutely recommend KidStrong to all my family and friends.

Coaches have all been friendly and encouraging and recognize each kid and their strengths. Facility has always been clean when we are there. I’d love to see some stretching incorporated (if time allows) their little bodies are working hard! If not in class maybe task them at home with some stretches they can do together with the family if they choose

Great atmosphere for children I love the social skills / workout my son was able to adapt and also meet new team players. They have great coaches and great communication. It’s a safe space for him

Our kid loves going and has started to show more confidence p, more camaraderie, and more of a competitive spirit since starting.

Most of all, I love that my daughter has so much fun, but I also appreciate the confidence building and that many of the exercises also incorporate daily activities such as "cleaning up" or "ordering food" to teach life skills and the mini breaks in-between have small academic games.
