This place and staff are something special! The mantra and lesson they teach the kids while working out and strengthening their body is a one of a kind. Just wish there was a location closer to us, but we make the drive as much as we can!

All of the staff is very friendly. They work well with the children. It was my little one’s first class. They were great getting him to warm up and enjoy the class coach Gabby and Coach Christian. I believe they were excellent.
