Kid Strong is a fantastic program that teaches my son invaluable skills both physically and mentally. The look on my son’s face when he is able to complete a tough physical challenge is priceless, and it’s the main reason I keep coming back. He is developing relationships with the other kids and retains the lessons that are taught. I highly recommend Kid Strong and foresee us being members for awhile.

OMG!!!! The coaches were so welcoming and Roman felt comfortable enough to jump right in: they worked his little muscles and were so positive and encouraging the whole time. We definitely loved our first time experience!

Every coach we’ve met has been great! They’re always very engaging and welcoming for our girl. I appreciate that the app is easy to use and I can move bookings around as needed to fit our schedule. The KidStrong program is able to keep our toddlers attention much better than some other classes we have tried.
