It’s easy to get to, clean, the staff are engaging, inspiring and energetic. We really feel welcomed and know that others do too. Our little one loves telling her friends and our family about what she did this week at Kidstrong. We tried dance and gymnastics but our little one wasn’t as responsive or engaged as she is at Kidstrong. I also like that it is similar to F45 where I am a member so that was a big plus in my book. The only thing I think should be added is a few minutes of stretching at the end of the class. Stretching is a crucial part of any exercise regimen and although we do it when we get home from Kidstrong each week so, it would be better if it was added to the time while there so our little one can see all the friends doing the same.

My daughter is obsessed with this place! She asked me almost every day if we’re going to class. The coaches have all taken their time to get to know my daughter and to say hi to her every time she comes in. My daughter loves her coach so much. She asks to hug them every morning we go to class. They are beyond friendly and will work with you in any way you need. Their communication is amazing. They have emails but also they have a text and call availability for any questions. I have two children and they have kept an eye out on my son while my daughter and Me were on the floor doing the activity they make the space feel like a family. The space itself is constantly up in organized throughout each class, they also remind you of the events, any announcements for app updates that the facility has or parents would need to know. I tell all of my friends to get their kids involved in Kids Strong. We absolutely love them! My daughter practices every skill she learns every week and it’s always excited to learn more. She has learned so many social skills to even begin to list, but I have seen such an amazing change and growth in her. You will not regret joining Kids Strong.

They have a way to build confidence in kids which is exactly what we are seeking for our kid. They care and are genuine and excited to see the kids excel.

All coaches and staff were professional, patient, and positive, coaches showed genuine interest in the kids, and the classes were well organized.

KidStrong has been such a huge change for our family, allowing our little one to be safe while exploring while challenging him every time he steps on the mat.

My son LOVES kidstrong! He looks forward to it every week. It’s so so much more than just a good workout. Its great for communication skills, teamwork, and just overall teaching them to be a good human. All of the coaches are so amazing with the kids and all put their heart and soul into these kids and it shows ❤️ thank you kidstrong!
