We love Kid Strong Southside because of the coaches and the way our son is growing in confidence! He has so much fun and has really come out of his shell! The friends he's making is an added bonus as well!

I can't say enough good things about KidStrong. My daughter has been attending for just over a year now, and has become more confident and independent. She looks forward to it every week. She has been in both the 3-4 year old class, with parent participation and the 4-5 year old class, where parents are present, but not on the floor with the kids. I was impressed with the way the class plans are adjusted to be on target with the designated age group. With both age groups, my daughter was/is doing some of the same developmental activities she does in school. I also love that at the 4-5 year class they start assigning age-appropriate tasks to allow the kids to help out during class. For instance, helping set-up an obstacle course, or handing out awards at the end of class. My daughter is excited and proud of herself when she helps out. The coaching team is always supportive, encouraging and great at keeping the kids engaged. Something that was especially helpful when my daughter first started out, as she was very shy with new people and places. We always get a friendly greeting when we walk in the door and a friendly goodbye when we leave. They do have an app for booking and rescheduling classes, which I have found fairly easy to use. They have a wide variety of class days & times so we haven't had an issue if we need to attend a class different from our usual date and time. We do have a fairly flexible schedule though. They also offer camps and a monthly parents' night out, but we have not attended any of these events. All in all, our KidStrong experience has been very positive, and one of my daughter's favorite activities.

The coaches are really nice and make sure all the kids are having a good time while learning and exercising.
