Very sweet people willing to help and are very confident about their program. Also makes my daughter feel important and communicates not only with just me as an adult, but also my daughter.

Because the employees were professional, friendly, and hands on with what was going on. The instructors are fun and vibrant. Registering in person was easy, and most of all my kid enjoyed her time there.

My son loves the obstacle courses they set up for the kids. I wish the springfield location was a little bigger but other than that, it’s a wonderful program. The coaches have high energy and are able to keep the kids entertained and focused. It’s a wonderful way to get my son’s energy out and to improve his endurance and speed! We’ve tried other classes such as ju jitsu and tai kwon do, but my son preferred KidStrong!

Good variety of courses and positivity energy.—One concern: When asked previously, I was told equipment was sanitized between classes. We didn’t see the space sanitized after the class before ours or after our class.

We’ve only been to one class but my son had so much fun! Encouraging coaches and fun obstacles.
