Our 8year old daughter loved her class so much that her last words before drifting off to sleep were “I really like my Kids Strong class”. She smiled and went to sleep. For a kid that observes an experience before really embracing it, that spoke volumes about the positive and impactful experience she had during her first class. She even reminded me that we have extra classes and asked when she would be going back.

Coaches and program are great. I love the positivity and empowerment of the program. I'm a parent that doesn't use screens so it was distracting at first for my toddler but it's minimum usage and I think he's learning to ignore it.

Thomas struggles with self confidence and focusing. He’s also very shy and the I love that he practices public speaking during sessions
