I’ve noticed a lot of improvement in my kids’ confidence, as well as the fact that they enjoy it so much. They look forward to class every week. I think that there could be a little bit more thought put into congestion zones during specific activities, I often see kids just waiting and not doing enough activity. We also don’t get any photos except for awards, I’d like to be able to pass along other photos to family members so I can be present and watch during class instead of taking photos/videos. But overall, I think the coaches are very good, some are better at commanding attention than others, but overall, they are respectful and can carry the class well.

The music volume is too loud for the little kids classes. You already have 10 or so kids, plus parents, plus coaches all giving instructions or encouragement etc during activities - the volume of the music on top of all that makes the environment very overwhelming.

Disappointed with our experience at KidStrong Springfield. The couches and seating area are nice, but the app is extremely user-unfriendly and communication is poor.There’s also no consistency with the coaches or schedule, which makes it hard for kids to build a routine. The biggest frustration is the “make-up classes” promised during signup — if you miss a class, it’s very difficult to actually rebook or use them.For the price, I expected a much smoother experience.

KidStrong is the highlight of my kids every week. We love the coaches, the workouts and the holistic approach of the program in general. Thank you so much for what you do you do!!Our only challenge is the use of the app, we have not been able to successfully use it to book and do other things in it.
