My kid was a bit overwhelmed learning new things but the coaches were understanding and by the time he understood, he was all smiles and really enjoyed the activities. The equipment was his size, safe, and challenging but accessible. We had so much fun he took a long nap once we got home!

Kids are not only instructed to exercise and move; coaches teach them how to build confidence.

I’ve been communicating with KidStrong since October and communication was always prompt, polite, and professional. The first class was outstanding. It was more than what I expected and it was truly worth the wait. My children loved it and are looking forward to their next class.

Main reason, my kid enjoyed it a lot.

I thought the class was jam packed which was great. Kept the kids busy with just enough structured breaks. I thought the coaches did really well and the only reason I rates coaching a 4 instead of 5 was because a couple times the instruction was provided quickly and the kids were not corrected when they were messing up the activity. The activities go quickly so there’s little opportunity for coaches to intervene to correct them. An observation was that the music was pretty loud so it might have been hard for the kids to hear/focus. Overall it was a great experience and I’m excited to go back!

The instructors were super enthusiastic, the facility was sparkling, clean, communication was great with the centers team, and I love the premise of the entire class

The coach for the class was so high energy and great at demonstrating what to do for each activity. I think it's spelled coach Dion? But he was so awesome!I really liked how the two coaches worked in synergy. Because in our trial class at Fairfax, the coaches kept talking over each other and trying to show excitement but this time it seemed way more genuine.The second coach would be supportive instead of accidentally talking over coach DionAnd I appreciated their patience when my son was acting shy.

Coach Dion was INCREDIBLE. we have done a number of toddler activities (my gym, little gym, rec center, big blue) and Dion is BY FAR one of the most engaging coaches we have encountered. Some many people can’t engage toddlers. We immediately referred several friends after class. Excited for our Kids United adventure!!
