Kidstrong keeps kids engaged in all aspects Cognitive, intellectual & physical which stimulates kids learning abilities

I’ve tried to cancel and book classes on the app and it doesn’t seem to go though properly. But other than that, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Kidstrong. The coaches are AMAZING and the classes are so enjoyable for the kids. I love how Kidstrong can make burpees and push ups fun!!

It would help kids build confidence, listening skills and lots of learning and fun experience too

I like the environment and the concept and the people were great. .One thing I would suggest though is taking more time in between each exercise so maybe cutting an exercise just to allow a bit more time for a baby to get into it or work on focus.

The obstacle course my baby does not know how to get up and over or crawl under. Maybe more crawling tunnels because baby likes playing peekaboo around them. Since it is baby strong. Everything else is great.

I appreciate the individual engagement with each student and encouraging kids to do their best. I like how the physical drills are design with intentional instruction. Kids are able to be physical and learn at the same time.
