Its been fantastic for my 3year old daughter. She is so confident and brave and I think some of it is cause of kidstrong

I just wanted to share how impressed I am with the gym classes lately. My daughter comes home excited, confident, and proud of what she’s learning. The activities are fun, well‑organized, and really help the kids build skills while staying active.Huge thank‑you to the instructors for creating such an encouraging and energetic environment. It’s wonderful to see the kids enjoying movement and feeling good about themselves. Keep up the amazing work ,it truly makes a difference!

The staff are amazing. They communicate so well with the children and are so kind and loving.

The programming is physically, socially and mentally engaging for the kids and encouraging parents participation as well.Bez is yet to maximize the benefits of the program because of his attention issues. We would continue to nudge him on because we believe he needs the program.

It has been an awesome self esteem building program for my kids. They look forward to going and I see them working very hard to achieve, especially Gavin!
