Great programming. Well researched and thought out. Engaging coaches. Could improve on answering phone calls to Center and cost of t-shirts for each level. $22 for a kid shirt is a stretch.

Love the program but I feel like the rewards at the end should be spread out a bit more always seems to be the same kids getting the recognition.And some of the way they teach kids to do the exercises are incorrect as someone that has been in the fitness industry a long time.
