Our family has really enjoyed being apart of the KidStrong st.albert community. The staff have been amazing at this location and our kids are always so excited to come to class each week! Joining KidStrong has been the best thing for our kids and we are so proud of them for the growth they have made since starting this program.

Coaches are amazing

Provided a great outlet for our daughter as well as a great facility for her to grow and succeed.

Best program ever! My kid loves it and learns so much because of the coaches. You can tell training is there, so my ND child can feel included and a sense of belonging!

My daughter wants to get into exercising and I build confidence so I think this will be good for her.

The staff and everybody that I deal with is great. I have a 50-50 arrangement with my ex and Kidstrong was able to accommodate that I can put all of my credits into the week that I have him. This is my scheduling hard, but the staff has arranged it so it works out every time. For that reason plus the friendliness of everybody the great programs and how much my child absolutely loves Kidstrong. I recommend it to everybody I know.

The level of confidence growth i have seen in my girls is unbelievable. My 5 year old was so shy would barely talk to strangers and now she is out in public introducing herself when people say hi to her. She is eager to join in class and she is becoming stronger physically, emotionally and mentally. Very well rounded program.They have also been extremely helpful with my 7 year old who does have an invisible disability and making sure she is comfortable and really lean in to her boundaries and help her grow her confidence and finding her voice.

Cheryl was very helpful and informative. This is a great place for children to learn many skills that is needed in life

After the kids first visit all they could do is talk about how much fun they had. That's 100% in my views. Thanks folks we will be seeing yous again.
