We didn’t have to use the member app because we’re not a member. We just did a trial… Saint Albert one is the only one we’ve been to the other other one is short Park so we don’t know any different but the staff were lovely and pleasant and welcome to as soon as we walked in, they were great with the kids.

They are loud and clear but more importantly they know their crowd. It's a child's place and they don't get angry at anything, because kids are far from the perfect listener!
