The program is great but I would say specifically due to the coaches! Coach Sara and coach Abdi are so great and engaging!

Everyone is so welcoming, the program was explained in detail and the coaches are so engaging. Just feels like a wonderful environment.

I’ve tried to cancel and book classes on the app and it doesn’t seem to go though properly. But other than that, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Kidstrong. The coaches are AMAZING and the classes are so enjoyable for the kids. I love how Kidstrong can make burpees and push ups fun!!

It would help kids build confidence, listening skills and lots of learning and fun experience too
