I absolutely love KidsStrong! I really like how the classes are designed. I believe they are incredibly beneficial for children, helping them build strength, endurance, and confidence. The program also includes many activities that support children’s overall development and growth. On top of that, all of the coaches are wonderful, highly qualified, and truly care about the kids. It’s an amazing program, and I highly recommend it.

We absolutely love KidStrong. They accept each child as they are and build from there, and they do a great job keeping the kids engaged and excited to be there. We love it!

It was a great experience.

The instructors are really good at working with the kids, however, sometimes it feels like the classes are a little bit too big for the amount of instructors. The place is super clean and the staff is absolutely amazing.
