We love the confidence building it gives our daughter. She feels challenged andnthe coaches encourage her when she feels lioe she can't accomplish a task. We love that this will prepare our daughter in the future to make fitness a priority.

Coaches and staff were so great and encouraging of the kids. My son had a great time and I believe the combination of building strong muscles and strong ethics/capable children is a fabulous combination.
