The coaches at kidstrong Stamford are amazing and understand children and their needs. They make all children feel empowered and confident! I am so impressed that these young adults are so patient and kind every class. I’ve been an elementary educator for 21 years and these coaches understand children better than some teachers who have been teaching for ages. 10/10 recommend Kidstrong Stamford.

My 4 yr old boy has been attending classes for half a year and he LOVES it!! Coaches are great with kids and the classes aren’t only tailored for physical development, but also social and everyday life lessons.

I watched my son participate with a smile the entire time he was there. He clearly loves his first experience there and I was very impressed by the coaches and the program.

I was very impressed by how the staff was able to make the tasks both challenging and fun. I felt my son really had to work hard to complete these physical obstacles (in a good way). I could see how he was really learning to use his body to coordinate his movements. I liked how the class was very structured and there wasn’t much open free play. In other classes (such as my gym) I felt like I could get the same results by taking him to a playground. At kid strong I saw him learning as he repeated the obstacles.
