I was pretty resolved in canceling. I work with children myself and the anxiety of watching them all run around and do their own thing was causing me discomfort.

No, but you could either make sure your employees actually understand how the memberships work so they don’t provide wrong info to members, and you could be more transparent about what we are actually signing when an iPad is shoved in our face while our toddlers are preparing for class
