We highly recommend Kidstrong for every family! The social and physical aspects of each class combine to create a strong and inclusive child.

The coaches work really well with the kids to engage them in the activities.

There are currently several coaches I particularly love. They pay attention to the children and make sure they really get value from the class. Also they are consistently motivating which truly represents what Kidstrong is all about. Coach Sincere, Coach Emmanuel, and Coach Kendall. Love them!

My kids love it. Wish it was closer to our house

We absolutely LOVE KidStrong. Our 21 month old son is so excited we go to class. The moment we pull out the KidStrong T-shirt, he shows off his muscles and says, “Strong!”

I like that the facility is clean and open and there’s not too much going on around. which helps the kids from being distracted
