The culture and expertise is unmatched. We didn’t know what activity/sport would be best for our rambunctious, stubborn, and impulsive little guy and we are so happy we chose Kidstrong. We’ve seen so much growth in such a short time.

I truly value the quality experience is provides Elijah every week. We look forward to the challenging courses every week and I truly think Elijah has grown tremendously since he started there.

My daughter loves it! I love that it's teaching her healthy exercising habits, she gets to socialize with other kids her age and make friends. But most of all I love watching her have fun.

This was such a wonderful experience with my son! He had so much fun! We are excited to keep going every week :)

My son enjoys it. We joined to help him with learning to work with others and follow instruction. He has improved with the few classes that we have attended. My only suggestion would be to provide microphones to the instructors. It’s a bit difficult to hear the instructions given through the clamor.

It build Zoey's confidence more importantly she enjoys the class .

My son has grown in his confidence with the support and encouragement of his coaches. Initially, he was reluctant to be class captain and now every class he is eager to get picked. He does struggle with certain activities/exercises but the coaches are great and offer modifications.
