Overall, we have had a positive experience with KidStrong and its coaches. We also have enjoyed the updated curriculum. But, when classes are full it is difficult to track the progress of all the kids. If correction is given during class, I recommend making sure it is applicable so it does not negatively affect confidence. My son has been redirected for course station completion on 2 separate occasions, but neither were applicable.During our most recent class, he was redirected to complete a station, but he had already finished it. He crawled underneath both cargo net sections instead of just 1. So I instructed him to only crawl under 1 per the obstacle course rules. But he was redirected because the coach thought he had not completed that portion of the course since he crawled from underneath the second cargo net before reaching the end.Thank you for the opportunity to offer feedback to continue a positive experience for our kids, parents and staff.

Loved how nice they where

Kidstrong has helped Kellan with confidence and bravery. We’ve been in for several years and he always wants to come to class. They keep the classes changing and interesting for the kids. The staff is always friendly and encouraging for the kids.

The coaches are top notch. Everyone is so friendly and the program is great for kids. It helps greatly with self confidence.

Our son loves going to KidStrong! He gets to work on his fitness and coordination and he doesn’t even realize it. It has been the only extra curricular activity we haven’t struggled with him to participate in and always wants to go. We have loved his coaches they bring the energy and are always there to help him when he needs help on a task.

It truly is a great environment for kids! Natalie has evolved so much and has enhanced her gross motor skills through KidStrong’s structured activities. Coaches are great with kids and motivate them to their full potential.
