Friendly staff, and coaches. There's good communication with parents and kids. I saw improvements with my son within the first month and he keeps improving with his listening, communication, focusing and ability to do other skills.

My child has really enjoyed classes since joining. This gives her the opportunity to get some of her energy out after school. Coaches are so encouraging and motivate each child to keep going and do their best. I’m so glad we found kid strong.

Our son, Easton, loves it all so much. Coach Eric and coach Kim are so great with all the kiddos. But Easton talks about them throughout the week in anticipation of going! I think it’s a great way for him to get energy out, learn how to play well with others, to be a part of a team and it’s more than just running around. The kids learn so much!

The coaches are awesome and it is so fun for the kids! My son loves it and has definitely gained a lot more confidence since starting this program :)

Coaches are great! Very patient with their little members, very knowledgeable about the workouts and how to explain everything so the kids can understand.
