KidStrong has it all. The programming is well-rounded and age appropriate. I’ve seen my child’s social and physical development improve as a result of these classes. Their coaches create a welcoming and respectful environment fun for both kids and parents.

We rate the KidStrong Stone Oak program very highly because of its holistic approach to child development: social, physical, and problem solving. Their positive affirmations and awards also boosts Childrens confidence for their own individual achievements. My only critique is their music is way too loud for little ears, which carries a risk for hearing loss and makes it harder for kids to hear the directions from their coaches. I am told this is set at the corporate level, thus, I have reached out with my concerns to corporate.

Kids Love it!!!

Leo absolutely loves KidStrong! He looks forward to this every week. We love it because watching our kiddo have fun, gain confidence and learn new skills each week. It has helped Leo to not be as shy or timid when faced with something new. We highly recommend KidStrong!

It’s just been the best experience we have had with Kid Strong. Coaches aren’t afraid to pick up the kids, distract them from melt downs, and get them involved in class. You can tell they are there to get the kids moving and enjoy their time at work.
