This place is welcoming for all children. We love the environment and the way there is something for everyone.

I think it’s a great program for young kids to learn confidence and general skills in life. I like how it’s different all the time and keeps the kids engaged.

What can I say? Beyond the incredible encouragement and the warmest welcomes from all the coaches, my child genuinely enjoys going to KS more than ….attending any birthday party!! He even had me reconsider changing his birthday party since he didn’t want to miss his Kid Strong class. We absolutely crazy in love with KS and highly recommend it to parents who truly care about their child’s overall dev and want the very best combo of physical fitness and social emotional growth for their child. Coach John and Coach Erich are the best!!!!

KidStrong has been such a game changer for our kiddo. The classes have helped our son with his confidence and athleticism. Leo looks forward to every class and has such a great time when he is there. The coaches are patient as he navigates new exercises and their positive feedback boots his confidence. The drills that the coaches have for the kids to practice, help prepare them for public speaking.Last week Leo performed in a school program where he was on stage with his grade band’s classmates, singing and dancing to a large audience. He had such a great time and his confidence was shining through and I if it wasn’t for KidStrong, Leo would have not participated. We and Leo love KidStrong and the difference it has made. for Leo.

Each session provides a great learning and fun experience for the kids!

Love how the coaches interact with the kids and know their names as soon as they come through the door. My son is getting more and more confident.

Coach's Eric and Celeste are amazing!!! They are great with the kids. My grandson is always so excited to go. With the stuff that he is learning, his has been the best investment in his future.
