The coaches are outstanding and my son loves going to Kidstrong. He has shown huge improvement and his confidence has grown tremendously since he first started

My daughters has been attending since it opened and she loves the new 7-9 year old class. It really challenges her and helps her build strength and endurance. Will definitely help her later with sports and dance. She also loves her coaches 🫶🏻 Thanks for caring so much for the kids.

I think it’s a great thing for the kiddos and the staff is wonderful. The kids love it, they get so much good energy out and the coaches are teaching some really important things while everyone is having fun!

We love the thoughtfulness of the coaches and how hard they work to encourage independence and confidence with our little one! They make each child in class feel special and important. Our daughter absolutely loves going and looks forward to it every week!

My son never looks forward to leaving the house except for when we go to Kidstrong for class. It keeps him moving and interacting with other kids.

coach Mario & Coach Julieta have been our regular coaches and they are awesome !! The class is always missing something when one of them isnt present. My son absolutely loves his coaches!
