Friendly team. Great energy. Kids are definitely having fun and building confidence.

Based on what I saw yesterday, it's a very empowering program for children; the guidance and approach is gentle yet firm to encourage the children. My child truly enjoyed the experience.

Kid strong is a welcoming, warm, and clean environment where my child can safely play and explore. I felt my child was safe with the age appropriate equipment provided, and able to socialize with other children her age. The instructor Coach Scott, was fun, engaging, and passionate. We had a very positive experience and would love to come back.

Coaches and front staff are very welcoming.

Amazing - I love it here and so does my son. Coach Mark is the highlight and my son practices in our basement that he’s him all the time. I think more movement versus breaks and talking would be helpful so even more time running obstacles and getting energy out.

They do an incredible job of meeting children where they are developmentally and tailoring activities, instruction, and encouragement to match each child’s age, personality, and ability. The coaches create an environment that is engaging, positive, and fun while still helping children build confidence, coordination, listening skills, and independence.Equally impressive is the customer service team and management staff. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in creating a positive experience for both the children and their families. From scheduling and communication to addressing questions and concerns, the staff consistently goes above and beyond to make families feel valued and supported.It’s clear that there is a strong culture of care, professionalism, and child-focused development throughout the entire organization. We always leave feeling like our child learned something new, had fun, and was encouraged by people who truly enjoy what they do. We highly recommend this program to any parent looking for a supportive, engaging, and well-run environment for their child.

Class content is great. We used to have pretty regular Coaches but recently over the last few weeks there's been different Coaches each class. This is not ideal but hope to see improvement with Coach turn over soon. Thanks!
