I love the energy the coaches infuse jn the kids and pump every one up !! The workouts are so good!Wish the coaches had more 1:1 time though. Class could be an hour

KS Stonr Ridge has been a very positive experience for my son who needed to build confidence. We love the activities and team building. The coaches interaction is good too! I’m glad we’re a part of Kid Strong Stone Ridge.

We’ve transferred from another location before KidStrong Stone Ridge one was open. We see huge difference in coaching staffs and programs. Here at KidStrong Stone Ridge, all coaches work with kids greatly, the programing and each class activities differ each time so Kids are not tired or bored from the same activities over and over. Can’t recommend more enough!

Love how it’s not just the physical side of things, but confidence building too. Also love how it changes programs often to keep things interesting.

My kids enjoy KidStrong and look forward to it every week. As a parent and watching the kids, I’ve seen some questionable behavior from the other kids that are not addressed. I saw one kid snatch things from other kids, with as many kids there are - it’s hard for the coach to notice.
