The trial class for my son was a great experience. With just one class he was very motivated, feeling proud and stronger. The coaches were amazing.

We absolutely love KidStrong Stone Ridge! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and energy. The coaches are incredibly professional, encouraging, and genuinely care about each child’s growth.My son had an amazing time — he was fully engaged, learning, and most importantly, having fun! The program does a fantastic job of building confidence, strength, and social skills in a structured and positive environment.The facility is clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed for kids to thrive. We are so glad we found this place and look forward to coming back regularly. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a fun and empowering experience for their child!

The focus on building kid confidence is so impactful! When my son gets called to be the class leader on the affirmations and everyone claps, the pride in his eyes makes my heart sing! To me, it’s not about getting the energy out, it’s about building leadership skills, what matters most! The exercise is just a bonus!

I appreciate the enthusiasm of the coaches day in and day out as I know that is difficult to consistently maintain. The encouragement that is provided has boosted my child’s self confidence. He happily bounces around for the rest of the day after we leave our class because (I think) he truly feels great about himself. Further, we have received compliments on his ability to make eye contact and introduce himself as this is difficult and even occasionally scary for children his age. That skill set would not have existed yet, or at the very least, no where close to at the current level, but for KidStrong teaching him and guiding him there.

Coach Scott was kind and helpful getting us set up for a trial. Everyone was very nice and excited for my son to be part of the class. He was motivated to participate and be part of the first team session. I’m excited for him to continue and be motivated to participate.

Diverse and engaging activities with competent teachers

I liked the coaches positive attitude with the kids. I also like how it wasn’t just physical activity but also works on the children’s confidence.

Lots of structure and discipline- which my kid really needs- disguised as fun
