All around positive energy from the whole team. Also great programs that keep class fun, educational and a lot of exercising. One suggestion would be to keep classes smaller (10)...it would give each coach 5 students to coach and rotations would be faster. There are times when I see kids get 1 turn vs 2 or 3 that other kids get.

It’s not only a very fun place for my kid to release energy but also a place where he can see and learn from the coaches and friends in similar age group.It only has positive effects on my kid.

Coaches are very supportive, encouraging and motivating. The class is physically challenging and incorporates social skills and teamwork. The facility is very clean and organized. Definitely recommend!!

My son has been going to KidStrong for almost 2 months now, and it’s been a great experience for him. The classes are a perfect mix of physical activity, teamwork, and confidence-building exercises. The coaches are energetic, supportive, and really know how to connect with kids. My son is always excited to go, and it’s become one of the highlights of his week. Highly recommend for parents looking for something beyond just sports practice.
