KidStrong has been amazing for both of my kids. They love coming and it’s been a great community for them that builds character, strength and is inclusive.

We’ve had such an amazing experience with KidStrong! My daughter absolutely loves going every week—it’s one of the highlights of her routine.The coaches are incredibly patient, encouraging, and truly invested in each child’s growth. I’ve seen such a boost in her confidence, listening skills, and overall strength since she started. What really stands out is how they make learning fun while still building important life skills like teamwork, discipline, and independence.The environment is always positive, clean, and well-organized, and you can tell the staff genuinely care about the kids and their progress.I highly recommend KidStrong to any parent looking for a program that helps their child grow both physically and mentally. Our son loves attending KidStrong Stone Ridge. He looks forward to each class, and learns so much. I love the variety and enthusiasm he has during class. It helps his confidence, strength, coordination, team work. We could not be happier with the program. We can’t wait for our one year old to join as well.

Coach Mason is the best. He’s so good with the kids and is really engaging.

The staff and programming are both great. Can’t say enough wonderful things about the coaches. I do wish the class sizes were a bit smaller (especially at younger ages) as they can get a bit chaotic.
