We love the energy and well-rounded programming at KidStrong! Coach Mark and Coach Marcel are exceptional. My only minor complaint is the class sizes have become quite large so it sometimes feels too crowded for the kids to get meaningful reps on a given activity. Hopefully they will add more class time offerings or expand locations.

This is a perfect place for kids that need to build their strength, self confidence, and critical thinking.

It's a great experience, and the addition of classes has made it better by spreading students out more.

We appreciate consistency with the Coaches and they are helping our child develop skills and better physical activity.

It's hard to find an activity that all 3 kids enjoy and stay committed. They are in their 6th month and they are eager to go to class everytime. They know their coaches well, as well as the coaches know them, and they love that acknowledgement and attention. My kids didn't have any social issues but these classes do help enforce stronger confidence and better communication skills. Me as a parent, love watching them be happy and burn off some needed energy. The staff are always helpful and delightful to speak with. I hope as this facility grows, it maintains the integrity and quality I've experienced so far. Thank you.

The coaches were awesome! My daughter had a stroke and has difficulty using one of her hands, and the coaches were amazing with her!

We moved from Virginia Beach and went to Kidstrong there also. We didn’t feel like we’re new at StineRidge. Coach Scott was super friendly too!
